Minimum Contribution:

5 Year Term: 200 USD/EUR/GBP per month (2,400 annually)

Initial Period:

5 Year Term: 3.42 months

10 Year Term: 12.54 months

15 Year Term: 15.27 months

20 Year Term: 19.05 months

25 Year Term: 23.88 months

Initial Units:

Premium payments made during the initial period are fully allocated to initial units, which are used to fund the annual administration charges over the duration of the term. Initial units cannot be withdrawn until the end of the selected term.

Accumulation Units:

Premium payments made after the initial period are fully allocated to accumulation units. Accumulation units may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the terms of withdrawal (minimum 600 USD/EUR/GBP)

Minimum Increase:

50 USD/EUR/GBP per month (600 per year)

Premium Decrease:

Allowed after the completion of the initial period. Minimum contribution amount applies.

Extra Allocations:

Based on the annual contribution amount, each contribution will be applied at the allocation rates below, throughout the product term:

Loyalty Bonus:

Loyalty bonuses will be paid as follows:

7.5% of all contributions for years 1 through 10, credited at the end of year 10

5.0% of all contributions for years 11 through 15, credited at the end of year 15

5.0% of all contributions for years 16 through 20, credited at the end of year 20

5.0% of all contributions for years 21 through 25, credited at the end of year 25

All planned contributions must be made, with no contribution decreases or partial withdrawals, for the loyalty bonuses to be applied.

Premium Payments Grace Period:

90 days


Annual administration charges as a percentage of the total premiums due from inception to the relevant policy anniversary will be deducted from the initial units throughout the duration of the term, as follows:

Years 1 – 10: 1.9% per year

Years 11 – plan end date: 0.35% per year

A policy fee of USD7/EUR7/GBP4.5 per month will be deducted at the beginning of each month.

An asset management fee of 0.125% per month of account balance will be deducted at the beginning of each month for as long as the assets remain invested.

Bid/Offer Spread:

No bid/offer spread on all regular premium payments. A one-off charge of 7% will be charged on top-ups.

Withdrawal & Surrender:

Partial withdrawals are allowed after the completion of the initial period, subject to maintaining a minimum 1,200 USD/EUR/GBP surrender value. Minimum withdrawal is $600. Withdrawals are free of charge, but may compromise the loyalty bonus (if any). Full surrender is allowed at any time after the initial period has been completed and will be subject to surrender charges. The surrender charge will be equal to the value of all fees which would have been applied over the term of the plan had the plan remained in force.


Plan participants can nominate beneficiaries and contingent beneficiaries that will receive the proceeds of the plan on the death of the relevant insured. Plan participants may change the beneficiaries at any time by requesting it in writing (soft copy is fine, but it needs to be in writing).

Guaranteed Death Benefit:

In the event of the death of the plan participant, the standard amount payable to the nominated beneficiaries will be 101% of the account value. The benefit shall not be paid if the insured dies within the first two years of the issue date from a pre-existing medical condition or suicide. If all required contributions are not paid within the grace period, this benefit shall terminate and shall not be reinstated.


Once a plan reaches the end of the selected term, the plan participant will be notified accordingly and will have the choice of keeping the funds invested, subject to the policy and asset management fee, or sent to any bank account held in the name of the policyholder(s)

Plan Documents:

All plan participants will automatically receive electronic delivery of policy documents by email, at no cost. Printed versions sent by courier are available on request for a fee of 50 USD/EUR/GBP.

Fund Choices:

By default, all monies are invested into a low-cost iShares S&P500 Index Tracker. You may choose to switch your investments into a wide variety of investment funds managed by many of the worlds leading asset managers and fund managers, including BlackRock, Fidelity, and Morgan Stanley. In total, there are 141 USD funds, 111 EUR funds, and 71 GBP funds to choose from. You may invest in up to 20 different funds per policy at any one time, and all trades are processed online via your personal login. Fund Transfers/Switches:

There are no charges for the first 15 fund transfer transactions during each policy year. Multiple fund transfers listed on the same transaction request will only count as one transfer. A one-off fee of 22 USD/EUR/GBP is charged for transaction number 16+ in each policy year. At each policy anniversary date, the transactions count resets to zero. Fund transactions can be completed online via your own personal login.

Payment Methods:

Payments can be made with any credit or debit card, including single-use and virtual cards, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB. Payment will always be taken in the selected policy currency (USD/EUR/GBP). There are no card fees or charges. Plan participants may change the card used at any time, at no cost, via the online login.

Termination & Reinstatement:

If the plan participant fails to make premium payments during the initial period or the policy runs out of invested units after the initial period, the policy will lapse. The plan participant can request to reinstate the policy within 2 years after the lapse date, subject to the payment of past due premiums and charges.

Policy Loan:

Up to 40% of the cash surrender value. The amount and duration of the loan are subject to approval by the company.

Assignment of the Plan:

The ownership of the plan may be transferred to another person subject to company procedures for doing so.

Plan participants will have access to their accounts 24/7 online, which includes full details of investment performance, fund analysis and comparison, ability to change payment methods, facility to download paperless notices and statements, as well as access multi-language support and online customer service, all with the highest levels of encryption security.
